how much does it cost to rent a studio?

Since each space is a different size, with different features, the price varies. 

Membership dues are set by the current group of artists and is collected to cover the studio operating costs, i.e. toilet paper, gallery lights, decorations for shows etc.

Please note that additional liability insurance is required.

what does rent include?

The house is equipped with HVAC, and WIFI is included with your membership dues.
